2) The double BASE fixture has simple structure, convenient assembly and disassembly, and is conducive to rapid switching of subsequent models.
3) Double BASE fixture has enough strength and stiffness, fixture assembly, switching process can effectively ensure the machining accuracy of parts.
4) The BASE specifications of double BASE fixtures should be unified, adjustable for repeated use, and computerized for assembly and management.
Composition of Double BASE fixture:
The double BASE fixture is composed of two parts: the fixture line body part and the special fixture. The fixture line body part is composed of the fixture general part and the standard components. The special fixture part depends on the mechanism and use of the product parts.
The structure
1. Fixture wire body
The basic components of double BASE fixture include fixture universal line body, fixture frame and standard matrix BASE surface (see Figure 2);

Technical requirements for fixture

▲ Jig BASE and support seat
The main structure of the jig line is designed in accordance with GB2804, and the main components are made of high quality low-carbon alloy steel. After burglarizing and quenching, the surface hardness of the components requires HRC to reach 58 ~ 65, and the internal hardness to reach HRC35 ~ 40, so as to ensure that the jig base has enough strength, toughness, wear resistance and stability.
The main dimensional accuracy of fixture components is the same as the general fixture, reaching ISO6 ~ 7 level can, the tolerance of the horizontal positioning hole and the datum surface is ±0.05 mm, the tolerance between the positioning hole and the positioning hole is ±0.02 mm, the datum surface roughness is 1.6 μm.
The main BASE plate aperture has D28 and D16 two series. On the high-precision table surface, the circular holes of D28 are evenly distributed every 100 mm or φ16 mm every 50 mm. These holes can be used to join positioning modules and fixture connections of various functions.
